回答故事性问题的技巧
每一家航空公司在顾用空服员是都有他们自己的标则，可是大致上都是大同小异，如果你能在面试前做好准备，那麼在面试时，就不会因为紧张过度而表现失常。
一般航空公司所需要空服员的特质有下列几点：
◎ 值得信赖及诚实
◎ 热忱及信心
◎ 姿态及自信
◎ 聆听与沟通的技巧
◎ 自动自发及活力
在面试时，有时主考官有会出一先问题，并要求你做一个完整故事性回答。在家里准备时，首先可以拟定几个问题，写下可能的回答，并有条理的从过去阐述到现在。答案的内容要包括：
◎ 起头 - 要明确说出时间、地点等。
◎ 中间 - 开始叙述整个故事，但注意要保持简短，并与主题有关不要离题。
◎ 结束 - 告诉他们你从过去的经验中学到什麼？以及一些你个人的感想。
接下来把写下来的东西重新看一遍，调整所写的内容。然後用摄影机录下自己回答的情形。重覆的观看并不断的改进。也可以请朋友们给你一些诚实的意见。最後，很重要的一点就是团队精神与组织能力，其实在面试时，主考官就能看出你是否具备这样的条件。因为从你的回答中可以看出你是否用心准备过，并利用不同的资讯充实自己。
进入面试时
◎ 要放松精神、态度从容不迫，并且面带微笑。
◎ 在回答前在心里做一次快速的整理，但不要拖的太久，也不要太明显。
◎ 回答时要口齿清晰，有条不紊的回答。
◎ 如果在回答中主考官突然打断你的回答，并由你的回答中问你其他的问题，千万不要漏出讶异及慌张的神情。同样的重覆第一及第二个步骤，记住自己的重点，不要因为主考官混淆了题目，连自己的答案也乱了。 (责任编辑：管理员5) |
